According to Delta Vacations, which caters to American honeymooners, the most popular destinations are Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and Cozumel. The Virtuoso network of luxury travel agents is recommending Mexico as one of the ten most-affordable destinations to its clients.
